xFind Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By using xFind (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age — 18+ only

The Service is intended solely for people 18 and older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may remove an account if we find otherwise.

3. What xFind is

xFind is a platform for finding and organizing meetups near you: you create a meetup or join someone else’s, coordinate in chat, and meet up offline. The meetups themselves are organized by users.

4. Code of conduct

Not allowed: harassment, threats, discrimination, spam, posting unlawful or offensive content, impersonating others, and harvesting other users’ data. Be respectful.

5. Moderation and reports

Messages go through automated moderation. You can report a user, a meetup, or a message. We may hide content, block, and remove accounts that break these Terms.

6. Offline meetups — at your own risk

xFind does not organize meetups and is not responsible for what happens offline. Vet who you meet, choose public places, and tell someone close to you your plans. The Service is a tool for meeting people, not a guarantee of safety.

7. Your content

You keep the rights to your content, but you grant xFind a licence to display it as part of running the Service. You are responsible for what you post.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are broken. You can delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes. Continued use means you accept them.
