Karina Bulicheva's musical theater presents a dramatic story about love confronted with addiction and life on the streets of the metropolis. The story of Mercy and Sabas unfolds in a city where the two young people have almost nothing left. They live on the street but try to maintain their relationship and build their own world of closeness, care, and tenderness. Gradually, addiction intervenes in their lives and takes away what they considered the most important. At the center of the production is the question of whether it is possible to return to a normal life when the familiar connections and supports have been destroyed. Karina Bulicheva's musical theater addresses a topic that is especially important for conversations with youth. The production was created as an opportunity to break the usual silence around addiction and to look at it through the fates of specific people.
