A play by the independent theater team 2.8WE - a story of female friendship, pain, and freedom. "28th Week" combines theater, immersiveness, and post-drama in one evening of reflection, humor, and live discussion. What happens when changes burst into the lives of friends aged 25-35? The play "28th Week" is an intimate story about growing up, losing support, gender roles, and the fragile connection that is so easy to lose but so important to maintain. The project was born from the friendship of GITIS graduates and their desire to speak on stage honestly and without hesitation. Director Ksenia Zharkova staged the play based on a work by contemporary American author Laura Cunningham. The production explores the boundaries between friendship and betrayal, career and motherhood, social expectations and personal freedom. Find other events in Moscow on KudaGo.
