The lecture will examine the "Enneads" of Plotinus as a cohesive philosophical system. The "Enneads" is a collection of writings that reveal the principles of Neoplatonism. The lecture leader, Konstantin Kazachenko, will discuss the most important aspects of Plotinus's works: the hierarchy of the noumenal world, the problem of evil in the world, as well as soteriology - the concept of salvation and the path of man to the highest state. The material is aimed at adult listeners interested in philosophy, the history of ideas, and intellectual culture. No special preparation is required: complex concepts will be examined through the explanation of key terms. The leader Konstantin Kazachenko is a philosophy lecturer and a graduate of the philosophy faculty of RGGU. If you don't know where to stroll in Moscow, visit KudaGo.
