Concert of VIA "Proletarskoye Tango"

The concert will take place as part of the Roof Fest festival and will gather beloved songs of the Soviet pop scene in a new sound. On an open roof, the retro orchestra VIA "Proletarskoye Tango" will present a program that addresses the legacy of Soviet pop and connects it with original material. The musicians will perform recognizable melodies in arrangements inspired by the sound of the 1950s to 1980s. The repertoire includes popular songs from the last century, such as "Snow is Falling," "The Dreamer," and "Moscow Windows." Over the years, the ensemble, led by Dmitry Karanevsky, has performed at various venues across the country and has developed its own stage style. Expect dancing to twist rhythms and costumes that refer to the aesthetics of a bygone era. Look for other concerts in St. Petersburg on KUDAGO.
