Fri Da Tarab

Fri Da Tarab is a night of Arabic song. Frida Marida and Ahmad Alak take the old tarab classics and today's Arab pop, and set them beside international songs everyone already knows --- reworked with a Middle Eastern twist. Two hours, acoustic, with Ashuri on guitar. Familiar melodies in unfamiliar colours, and a room that sings along whether or not it knows the words.
