Erasured

In 1995 Mark stepped into the spotlight on ITV’s “Stars In Their Eyes” as Erasure’s Andy Bell. He was invited back that same year to perform again as Andy Bell, but this time to duet with a KD Lang soundalike for their Christmas Special, recreating the pairs performance at the opening of The Brit awards. Then in 2018 Mark & Rob were invited to recreate the recent arena gigs Robbie Williams had done with Erasure. The show was a huge success and once again the passion for Erasure and touring was reignited. “The tribute band Erasured recreates the timeless magic of Erasure’s synth-pop sound, performing fan-favourite hits like “A Little Respect” and “Chains of Love” with passion and authenticity. Erasured has become a beloved act on the UK tribute circuit, playing to devoted audiences who appreciate their dedication to the iconic duo’s music. Known for energetic performances that capture the essence of Erasure’s live shows, Erasured delivers a nostalgic experience that transports audiences back to the 80s synth-pop era, while also drawing in new listeners who are discovering Erasure’s classics for the first time.”
