Participants of the tour will learn many interesting facts about visual art at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries and will try to create their own masterpiece. An art historian will introduce guests to the features of Impressionism and key figures who worked in this colorful genre. Children will analyze how artists depicted Paris in the 19th century on their canvases and how it appeared in the eyes of photographers of that time, as well as learn about the techniques of great Impressionists, study Renoir's palette, and explore the most popular subjects. Participants can expect engaging tasks and a small quest involving the deciphering of a mysterious envelope left by a renowned artist. The event is aimed at children aged 4 to 7 and their parents.
