EventDeclan McKenna
DF Concerts presents Declan McKenna (Plus Special Guests). It is rare to catch an artist who fills massive festival fields in a room as intimate as An Seòmar. On Thursday 20 August, Inverness gets exactly that. Ever since he grabbed everyone's attention as a teenager with the indie-pop protest anthem "Brazil," Declan McKenna has refused to stay in one lane. He has evolved from a sharp-witted kid with a guitar into one of the UK’s most unpredictable and exciting songwriters. Whether he is channelling space-age glam rock (Zeros) or leaning into sunny, psychedelic dreamscapes (What Happened to the Beach?), his music has always been defined by two things: brilliant hooks and absolute honesty. Declan’s live shows are famously high-energy, communal, and joyful. This rare, close-up performance in Inverness is a unique chance to experience his massive anthems in a truly special setting.
