The DJ starts from midday, lunch is on the table and the soundtrack is pure 90s and 00s R&B. After a run of sold-out evening shows, the five-piece band returns to Boisdale with the songs people still know every word to. Expect smooth vocals, rich harmonies, deep basslines and soulful horn lines, with classics inspired by TLC, Usher, Blackstreet, Donell Jones and Ne-Yo. The set moves from slow jams to singalong hooks and dancefloor favourites, bringing the feel of the era to life without overworking it. It is polished, warm and full of those “I forgot how good this song is” moments. A resident DJ keeps things moving from 12pm to 4pm, with classic R&B and soulful throwbacks before and after the live set. Served alongside Boisdale’s three-course lunch, this is a Saturday made for birthdays, catch-ups, celebrations and groups that want good food with a proper soundtrack. The first-floor bar and outdoor terrace are open for pre-show and post-show drinks until late, subject to availability.
