Rain Check / Air quality Policies Any game above a 10 on the Environment Canada Index, as well as above a 200 on the IQair.com index will be suspended until the air quality drops below those numbers on one or both of the indexes. If less than 5 innings of a game are played, your paid ticket will be valid for the re-scheduled game. If the game is cancelled, we refund your purchase. If more than 5 innings of a game are played and the game is postponed or becomes official, rain check / air quality policies do not apply. The Event Organizer has had to postpone your event. Please hold onto your tickets as they will be valid for the new date. You can locate your tickets by signing in to your online account.
