Like the Carnival Season in New Orleans leading up to Mardi Gras Day, Halloween in Portsmouth has evolved into a month long celebration of sights and sounds and events. Join the band that marched in the inaugural Portsmouth Halloween Parade, Jumbo Circus Peanuts, for a special edition of Jimmy's Local Artist Series the Monday before Halloween for a festive night of funk, soul, and horn-driven rock and roll.
