On July 18, residents of Moscow will be able to participate in a large sports and entertainment program at the "Museon" as part of the "Summer in Moscow" project. For all interested, there will be workouts in trendy fitness directions and a cultural and educational program. The event is organized by the Department of Sports of the City of Moscow. The Women's Sports Festival is a large-scale event featuring well-known athletes and opinion leaders. The program will include group fitness workouts, lectures, and master classes, as well as a beauty and style zone. Every woman will be able to discover new facets of sports and learn how to stay in harmony with herself in the rhythm of modern life. Scheduled workouts include cycling, running technique, yoga, and dancing to music from DJ Gruv. In open lectures, guests will meet stylists Alexey Sukharev and Vladislav Lisovets, founder of the cosmetic brand Elena Krygina, founder of the sports studio Polina Kitsenko, and TV presenter Assol Vasilieva.
