An interactive class will introduce children to the poetry of Anna Akhmatova through reading, play, and creative collage. The first encounters with poetry are especially important. The children's class on Anna Akhmatova's work is structured so that the kids do not memorize facts, but hear the rhythm, respond to images, and gradually get used to talking about literature in their own words. At the core of the program is the book "What Can I Learn from Anna Akhmatova" and the poetess's poems for children. The class is designed for children aged 6 to 8. The session uses theatrical improvisation and a socio-play approach. Children actively engage in the process, learn to listen to each other, try different roles, and perform in front of an audience. The sketches and scenes develop speech, attention, memory, the ability to hold oneself in public, and to feel the partner in play.
