This has always been the case with Yeast Machine. Those looking for role models from the Tübingen band will find them in 90s grunge or 2000s stoner rock - but will not be happy. The template into which YM fits has been created and discarded by the band for the past 4 years. Yeast Machine regularly plays club shows and festivals in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, pouring their souls out and trying to draw people to their side, to the dance floor, and into the mosh pit with the first song - with vocals that echo the spirit of Jim Morrison and guitars that threaten to overwhelm from all sides. With their debut album SLEAZE (Tonzonen Records), Yeast Machine has already made a first mark in the German-speaking rock scene. With BAD MILK, which is released through the Berlin label NOISOLUTION, the band takes another step into the spotlight. As in their founding years, the band places great importance on reaching a diverse audience.
