At Sevkabel Port, works by contemporary Russian artists will be presented. This time, the theme of the fair is blank: whiteness, a clean sheet, empty space, signifying a premonition of new possibilities. Participants and visitors are invited to start from emptiness and fill it with their own meanings. The fair consists of three sections: independent artists, galleries and self-organizations, and digital art. A total of one and a half thousand applications were received, from which 97 participants were selected, representing different cities across the country: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kemerovo, Kazan, Sochi, and others. An expert council was assembled for the selection of participants. Anna Zavediy, curator of the PAF fair: "We say blank and present the blank, empty, clean, blanc de blancs - white from white, referring to a state of totally new opportunity, premonition, and a step about to be taken. A state where too much has happened, and now, after a pause, everything becomes simple, like a white sheet." The fair features painting, graphics, installations, photography, objects, digital art, and more. To help guests navigate the diversity of artworks, mediators will assist them in choosing and purchasing, sharing interesting insights about the collecting process and how today's art market operates.
