From the end of December, Kazan will become one of the stops on the journey of the exhibition "Country. Connection. Technologies" - a large project at the intersection of digital art and human stories. Large screens will gather light landscapes, sounds, and codes, transforming the space into a living organism where the screen responds to the person, and technological reality becomes a sensory experience. At the border of image and algorithm, artists from Russia, Japan, France, Italy, Indonesia, and a dozen other countries meet here. 3D artist DMITRIEV transforms images of old houses and yards into digital poetry of memory, Tec Fase creates grand optical illusions right on the runways of São Paulo, and the Chinese studio SKG+ works with space as a projector of ideas, dissolving the viewer in light and movement. The NUR NOW festival team, behind the project, has been uniting media artists from around the world for many years - it is from this experience that the idea of "Connection" as a creative exchange has grown. For Kazan, accustomed to the resonance of different traditions, such a "connection" sounds especially familiar - as another way to look at oneself from the outside and at the same time feel a common future.
