The exhibition reveals the development of circus photography through the works of masters from different eras, showing how the images of performers and the ways of capturing their performances have changed. The project demonstrates a multilayered history of circus art, reflected in hundreds of original prints. A rare chronology unfolds before the viewer, where early portraits of performers from the early last century coexist with modern reportage series. In one space, images of wrestlers, acrobats, trainers, clowns, and other artists whose names have become symbols of the ring come together. The exhibition includes works by well-known authors whose photographs have become visual markers of their time.
