The exhibition grew out of reflections on happiness, beauty, and the hidden logic of natural processes, translated into the language of contemporary art. Maurice Maeterlinck's essay serves as an entry point into a space of images where the flower becomes a reason for conversation about the human perspective on the world. Ivan V. Nenashov's project emerged as an artistic response to Maurice Maeterlinck's essay, in which the author reflects on happiness, beauty, and the inner workings of nature. The exhibition is built around the attempt to capture the logic by which the world of plants exists and develops, seeing in it both a natural order and a reason for philosophical observation. For Nenashov, this is his first solo project shown in Moscow, and it expresses the desire to construct the space not as an illustration to the text, but as a continuation of reflection. The works translate words from the essay into the language of images, where nature is perceived as a bearer of subtle, almost elusive meaning. The flower ceases to be a decorative motif and begins to work as a sign of inner movement and fragility. The exhibition takes place at the a-с-т-р-a gallery at Vinzavod.
