The project introduces the contemporary art of India through the works of authors from different generations and directions. Painting, graphics, installations, and game formats showcase culture without familiar stereotypes. Before the viewer unfolds a multifaceted picture of modern India - a country where ancient plots, urban energy, and personal stories connect in various artistic languages. The exhibition features works by 11 authors: from recognized masters to young artists working with painting, graphics, sculpture, installations, and photography. Contemporary art enters into a dialogue with Mughal miniatures, frescoes of Silk Road monasteries, Iranian bronzes, and manuscripts. Some works were created specifically for the project: some authors responded to the proposed theme, while others worked after getting acquainted with the museum's collection during their residency.
