About

Artificial intelligence is increasingly becoming a co-author of the artist - and this evokes both excitement and anxiety. The exhibition features works that show how neural networks are changing the language of contemporary art and how authors are debating this change. The projects were born from practical work with neural network tools: participants systematically analyzed how algorithms are structured, what tasks they solve, and where the boundaries of "authorship" lie. Behind the technical side, there is always a conversation about meanings - about what happens to culture when images, sounds, and designs are created together with a machine. The authors use AI as material for reflection: some collect visual observations and fix the speed of the information flow, others cautiously uncover the theme of "dehumanization," while others seek a new balance between engineering logic and artistic intuition. Thus, a field of discussion arises - from the excitement caused by possibilities to a critical view of the consequences. Among the participants are namenameemail, Dmitry Soshnikov, Ekaterina Popovich, Elena Demi-dova, Lara Fedotova, Masha Kurnosova, Polina Chernysheva, Roman Belyaev. Their works are united by a common desire to understand technology from within and to speak about it honestly - through image, structure, and experiment. Ideas on where to go in Moscow are collected on our website.
