Artists transform experiences of loss, anxiety, and personal crises into powerful visual statements - from dark, dense sheets to almost glowing works about hope and the stubborn desire to keep living when chaos has not yet receded, but a new beginning is already maturing inside. The exhibition at the former technical paper factory turns the history of one art cluster into a personal diary of an entire generation. Spaces where machines once roared are filled with the light of spotlights, the sound of footsteps, and the muted voices of artists trying to comprehend the end of the familiar world and their own experiences of destruction. The roar of production workshops is replaced by the echo of drafts, and the walls bear traces of performances and workshops that have emerged here over the years. Curators are keen not to put a hard stop in the history of this place, so the exhibition evolves as a living structure. At its center are themes of loss, memory, and urban transformation. Sculpture, painting, photography, contemporary dance, and graphics form a choral structure: some works remind of the industrial past of the area, while others capture the current fragility of creative spaces. Instead of nostalgia, there is an honest conversation about how artists learn to live in a state of constant transition. A separate layer of the project is connected to Valery Chtak's workshop. His space becomes a kind of heart of the exhibition: the viewer sees not a reconstruction, but an authentic working environment where strong, ironic, and touching statements about the city and its people were born. This is not a memorial room, but a living nerve - a place where the fragility of time and the power of visual expression are particularly felt.
