The project brings together artists working on the border between the tangible and the abstract, where form remains fluid and meaning is unfixed. The focus is on painting as a space of transition between sensation and image. The exhibition is built around a contemporary interest in blurring the boundaries between figurative and abstract languages. Color spots and rhythms gradually coalesce into hints of tangibility, but do not solidify, leaving the viewer in a zone of uncertainty. This approach continues the tradition of the 20th century, when abstraction became a way not to copy reality but to create an autonomous artistic reality. Each artist offers their own formula for this synthesis. In some works, figures seem to flicker and dissolve into the painted matter, reminiscent of Symbolist and Modernist sensibilities. In others, fleeting images of objects and archaic forms are fixed as traces of memory, resonating with archaeology and ethnography. There are also practices where the urban environment disintegrates into pixelated structures, transforming into abstract coordinates of space and time. Eastern tradition manifests in works where lines and color bends form signs akin to hieroglyphs and philosophical symbols. Together, these works create a multilayered "hyper-reality," where abstraction and image do not oppose each other but become tools for reassembling the world and inner experience.
