The project unites author dolls, handcrafted and inspired by great works of literature. The exhibition includes works by puppet masters who reinterpret Dostoevsky's famous thought and offer a look at various manifestations of beauty - from classical and natural to fairy-tale, conceptual, and that which is hidden in the smallest details. The images are based on characters from the works of Alexander Pushkin, Leo Tolstoy, Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, and other authors whose texts consistently inspire artists. Each doll is handmade and combines different materials - porcelain, wood, textile, ceramics - as well as various artistic techniques: sculpting, painting, embroidery. Guests can expect more than 120 exhibits. For other unusual exhibitions in Moscow, check KUDAGO.
