The exhibition is dedicated to the dynasty of glass artists for whom the material has become part of family history and a means of expression. Works from different generations reveal the connection between tradition and personal artistic exploration. Before the viewer unfolds the story of the Fokin family, in which craftsmanship gradually transforms into a special way of thinking. Here, glass serves as a language through which one can speak about time, memory, and human experience. The works convey respect for the material and attention to its nature. At the same time, each author retains their own voice. The founder of the dynasty, Alexander Fokin, made the journey from painting to complex techniques of working with glass. His works are characterized by precision and strict discipline of form, in which a deep understanding of the structure of the material is felt. A special place is occupied by the works of Taisia Fokina, related to hot glass and experimental techniques. The form becomes mobile, rich in color and internal dynamics.
