Ivan Nainti transforms miniature collages from his notebook into large-format paintings and graphics. Abstract compositions explore color, rhythm, and the ability of the visual image to change internal states. The starting point for the new series was pages measuring 10 by 17 centimeters. On this small surface, Ivan Nainti combined color fragments, textures, and shapes, achieving precise balance. The solutions found were then transferred to a digital environment, where the compositions became more complex, deformed, and acquired elements of different scales. The finale was a return to the material - oil painting and graphics. Changes in the palette are related to the artist's life in Rio de Janeiro. The tropical city with dense visual noise, bright light, and spontaneous movement helped him abandon his previous monochromaticity. Instead of narrative images, color fields emerged, where tension is created by combinations of shades, the rhythm of spots, and the character of the surface. Collage still defines the author's way of working, although now its logic is hidden within the painted canvas. Each composition retains a trace of the original sketch, but upon enlargement, it changes its impact: the intimate finding becomes a space that can be viewed as a sequence of impulses and pauses.
