The psychological meeting will help to deal with internal tension and understand why emotions are needed. Emotions are often perceived as an obstacle: they flare up at the wrong time, interfere with calm speech, push for hasty decisions, or, conversely, make one silent and endure. At the psychological club meeting, this perspective is suggested to be changed and to look at feelings as important signals about a person's internal state. Participants will understand why anger, anxiety, resentment, or confusion should not be declared enemies. They are like warning lights on a dashboard, not breaking the system, but showing what needs attention. This approach helps to stop fighting with oneself and start understanding one's own state more accurately. A separate emphasis is placed on simple self-regulation techniques. They will be useful for those who quickly tire from internal tension, react to events automatically, or suffer due to relationships, work, or daily tasks. Practical tools will help to hear oneself better, reduce the intensity of reactions, and make more balanced decisions. This is not a promise to instantly become a calm person, but a clear path to treat one's feelings more carefully every day. The meeting will be conducted by Maria Efimova - psychologist at RGBM and founder of the psychological club #AtUncleYung's.
