About

When thoughts turn into an endless to-do list and start competing with each other, it is helpful to sort out priorities. In the psychological club meeting, participants will explore their own benchmarks and unfinished situations, and then try to bring order within. When work tasks, personal plans, others' expectations, and personal desires swirl in the head at the same time, any simple solution can take too much energy. In the psychological club meeting, the conversation will focus on how to notice this internal overload and return to a sense of clarity. The facilitator offers a research-based approach. Participants will try to separate facts from anxious assumptions, important from secondary, their own decisions from imposed scenarios. Together with the facilitator, listeners will try to find a personal system of benchmarks that allows them not to control every detail but to understand the direction of movement and distribute attention more consciously. There will be an opportunity to examine one's own unfinished business, doubts, and questions that take up too much space in the mind. The facilitator Maria Efimova is the founder of the psychological club #AtUncleYung's and a psychologist at RGBM.
