How often do we argue simply because we perceive words and actions differently? The Intertype Negotiation Table is an opportunity to learn to understand each other despite differences. Communication between people is not always an easy process. Especially when representatives of different thinking types collide, whose logic, language, and perception of the world can differ radically. Participants will be able to express themselves, share examples from personal experience, articulate their expectations, and most importantly, learn to understand each other. This is not a lecture or a training session, but a platform for real dialogue, where mutual respect and interest are at the center of attention. You will discuss what grievances and misunderstandings arise between "constructors" and "reflectors", why ambiguity can become a cause of conflict, and how to reduce the level of frustration in communication. Together you will try to find practical solutions for improving interaction, learning to hear each other - even if you "speak" different languages of perception. Our website features the current program of St. Petersburg.
