The meeting is dedicated to the moment when you start to lose yourself next to a close person. In relationships, there is a state that is difficult to notice right away and even harder to name. There seems to be no quarrel, everything looks calm, but a person begins to feel as if they are becoming smaller. They adjust, smooth things over, concede, remain silent, choose peace over their own presence - and only after some time notice that inside they have accumulated fatigue, irritation, or emptiness. This meeting is dedicated to such an experience and offers to reflect on personal boundaries. At the center of the conversation is the internal position of a person that stands behind any "yes" and "no". It is important not only what you say to another, but also what is happening inside you at the moment when you decide to remain silent, concede, or give up yourself to maintain the connection. The focus will be on the fear of losing relationships, the habit of "not standing out" for the sake of approval, and the tension where someone else's reaction seems more important than your own sense of truth. The format of the event combines group discussion, practical exercises, and reflection. The meeting will be useful for those who notice excessive concession and fear of conflicts. At the same time, the event is educational and developmental, not psychotherapeutic. The host Maria Efimova is a psychologist at RGBM and the founder of the psychological club #AtUncleYung's.
