The psychological club #AtUncleYung's celebrates its tenth anniversary. Its participants will recall what they have gained over the years of the club's existence, share personal stories, and discuss resilience in times of uncertainty - a theme dedicated to the psychological marathon. The club started its work in September 2016. Since then, its guests have included psychologists, sexologists, game designers, and other specialists, and the sessions have been based on a wide variety of psychological methods. Formats have changed, but the main focus has remained on live conversation and the opportunity to discuss important questions together. At the festive meeting, participants will be able to share what exactly the club has given them over the years. Such an exchange of stories will help to see the history of the club through real human connections, rather than through a list of events that took place. A separate topic of the evening will be resilience in times of uncertainty. From September 10 to 16, the club is holding a psychological marathon with this title, and the anniversary meeting will conclude it. Participants will discuss what helps maintain stability when normal life changes and external circumstances are difficult to control. The host Maria Efimova is the founder of the club and a psychologist at RGPM.
