At the end of May, the Garden Ring will once again be filled with cyclists - here, the first celebration of the bike season will traditionally take place. Get your bikes ready! The Moscow Bike Festival returns to the city on May 24. Anyone with cycling skills over the age of 16 (younger only with adult supervision) can participate. At noon, the starting area will open on Academician Sakharov Avenue (entrance from Masha Poryvaeva Street). Participants of the bike ride will gather there, and an entertainment program will be held for them. Interactive zones and photo zones for creative shots will also be set up. Each participant chooses a start time: 13:00, 14:00, or 15:00. An individual number received upon registration can be printed and placed on clothing. It is recommended to wear gear: helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves. The column of cyclists will proceed along the car-free Garden Ring at a speed of no more than 15 kilometers per hour. The festival area will operate until 18:00, with activities continuing for residents returning from the ride. Participation is free, but registration on the website is required.
