The meeting begins with the distribution of personal "Feedback Cards," which will be filled out by conversation partners during the interaction. Seated around a common table, participants will engage in five interactive rounds in pairs and mini-groups. After two hours, you will receive valuable insights describing impressions of you from several people at once.
