A training for those who want conversations to stop being exhausting and serve as support. Participants will try new dialogue formats, analyze real situations, and experiment in role-playing games. Sometimes even the closest people do not hear and understand each other. A simple phrase can hurt faster than one can explain what was meant. A reply in a messenger can sometimes seem too dry, the voice of the interlocutor - cold, and irritation builds up inside. A familiar picture in conversations with friends, in a couple, or at work. Participants in the training will be invited to look at familiar dialogues from a new angle and see how much automation, expectations, and unspoken words are in them. Guests will practice in pairs and mini-groups, analyze real cases, try themselves in different roles, and will be able to ask all the questions they are interested in. Gradually, each will outline their personal patterns: some avoid direct requests, some speak too harshly, some take on more responsibility than they can bear. There will also be discussions about respect for another person's freedom, the willingness to listen, and the ability to acknowledge one's mistakes. The session will be conducted by Anastasia Ivanova, an instructor who will help participants gather a set of soft yet honest formulations that will be useful in messaging and live conversations.
