About

Everyone has a voice in their head that undervalues successes, compares to others, and whispers that you are "not good enough." In this training, they will explore where such an inner commentator comes from, how it relates to self-esteem and perfectionism, and what steps can help make the relationship with oneself softer, more honest, and supportive. Many people seem to have a strict observer inside them who endlessly comments on every action. It recalls mistakes from a decade ago, undervalues achievements, easily attributes success to chance, and confidently whispers that others are doing better. Even praise, in its interpretation, sounds like a misunderstanding, and any new endeavor is perceived as a risk of failure. In this practical training, participants will understand how this inner voice is structured and why it sounds the way it does. The discussion will cover how self-esteem is formed, the role of family beliefs, school experiences, and work environments, what imposter syndrome is, and why it most often appears in responsible and diligent people. They will also touch on perfectionism: when the pursuit of quality helps one grow, and when it turns into an endless race without the right to rest and enjoy. Anna Vorobyova combines the experience of an entrepreneur and business trainer, so she talks about the inner critic through real situations: deadlines, public speaking, interviews, launching new projects. Examples will clearly show how the same comment in the head affects choices differently: some refuse the chance to show themselves, while others agree but live in constant tension and fear of making mistakes. During the session, participants will get acquainted with exercises that help notice automatic thoughts and separate facts from evaluative judgments. The practice will be built gently and ecologically: without pressure and demands to "quickly love yourself," with an emphasis on attentive treatment of one's own feelings and bodily reactions. Attendees will be able to try techniques on the spot and take them with them into daily life.
