This training is dedicated to burnout that occurs not only at work but also in everyday life - amidst endless tasks, others' expectations, and internal noise. Participants will learn how to distinguish fatigue from exhaustion, where energy goes, and what practices can help restore stability, support, and inner balance. Burnout is often discussed as a professional problem, but in reality, energy is depleted in daily life, relationships, and the constant internal race when the list of responsibilities does not decrease, and rest is always postponed. This training is dedicated to such a state - when a person seems to continue coping but increasingly feels fatigue, apathy, irritation, and loss of interest in their usual life. Participants can expect a discussion on how to recognize the first signals of exhaustion and stop treating them as the norm. We will talk about how to organize leisure in St. Petersburg.
