This practical training will help participants notice where familiar roles begin to interfere with hearing themselves. Through gentle exercises, they will explore the inner impostor, perfectionism, and the fear of rejection. In everyday life, it is easy to get used to roles: being convenient, strong, infallible, always composed, or someone who meets others' expectations. However, over time, such "masks" can drain a lot of energy and hinder understanding what one truly wants. This practical seminar-training is dedicated to recognizing these habitual scenarios and gradually returning to a more honest way of communicating with the world. The meeting will be led by professional coach, business trainer, and speaker Anna Vorobyova. Participants will analyze which psychological mechanisms cause them to cling to masks even when they are working against the person. Special attention will be given to moments when the inner impostor or perfectionist begins to speak instead of one's own "self." Register on Timepad. We share ideas on where to go in St. Petersburg this weekend.
