The holder, on behalf of the holder and any minor accompanying the holder (individually and collectively, "Holder"), agrees to the terms hereof. By using this ticket and entering the arena, Holder agrees to be bound by all of the terms of this license. Any unauthorized transmission, picture or other depiction or description of any event or any surrounding activities (in whole or in part) for which this ticket is issued (the "Event") is prohibited without the express written consent of the operator of the arena (collectively, the "Operator") and/or any licensee of the arena (the "Arena Licensee"), as applicable. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests or sweepstakes) or any other trade or commercial purposes, without the express written consent of the Operator and/or the Arena Licensee, as applicable. Holder grants permission to the Operator and the Arena Licensees (and their designees) to utilize Holder's image, likeness, actions and/or statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of, or at, the Event in any medium or context for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or compensation. Breach of any of the terms of this license, failure to comply with arena rules, or the refunding to Holder of the printed purchase price on the face of this ticket shall automatically terminate any rights that Holder may have hereunder, shall render illegal and unauthorized Holder's use of the ticket for any purpose, and shall authorize the Operator or the Arena Licensee to withdraw the ticket at any time prior to the Event, refuse admission.
