The romantic of the stage, Alexei Arbuzov, experienced a difficult youth himself. Left an orphan, he went hungry and was forced to wander. But theater saved him, where he began working at the age of fourteen. The author's plays are successfully staged all over the world, as the questions he raises in his works are relevant at all times. In 2010, actor Sergey Yatsenyuk received a special prize from the highest St. Petersburg theater award "Golden Sofit" for his role as Kai in this play.
