Kirill Vytoptov directed the play by Sasha Denisova, written for BDT. Young journalist Zina writes a column in a trendy magazine and is quite popular. Zina has a friend, a husband - programmer Mitya, and a colorful mother-in-law. And she also has a Brain. This serious middle-aged man constantly grumbles that Zina should stop engaging in nonsense and start doing something substantial, like writing a novel. Zina generally agrees with him, but then a new distracting factor appears on the horizon - Nikolai... How Zina's and her Brain's stand-up will turn out - whether it will be Zina's long-awaited exit from depression or an ancient tragedy, remains to be seen by the audience of the play.
