The artistic director of the Bolshoi Puppet Theater, Ruslan Kudashov, who has created a series of performances dedicated to personalities in history (Soviet, Russian, and global), has addressed his production to fans of the legendary Vladimir Vysotsky - to those who understood the poet's creativity and to those who are still on their way. The action of the performance begins at the end - at a funeral. The plot twist is that the life of an extraordinary person has ended, and the audience immediately guesses who it is. Having lived only 42 years and managed to win the hearts of almost all Soviet listeners - from young to old, men and women, workers and intellectuals - the poet Vysotsky has passed away. In the production by the artistic director of the [Bolshoi Puppet Theater](//kudago.com/spb/place/bolshoj-teatr-kukol/ "") Ruslan Kudashov, Vysotsky appears before the audience in all his incarnations: the director depicted the poet, musician, and actor, who, when combined, present the audience with a bright and poignant performance that takes them back to the 80s. From the theatrical stage, Kudashov made a boxing ring surrounded by rows of spectators: on this ring, actors fight, while the story of the main character's life is narrated by a male and female choir. The performance "Vysotsky. Requiem" is the second part of Kudashov's planned theatrical trilogy about outstanding poets of the 20th century. The premiere of the first part "Bashlachev.
