A puppet show for adults. The play, which has won both the "Golden Sofit" and the "Golden Mask" awards, tells about the foundations that shaped the Russian character and found reflection in national epics and fairy tales. The puppets and actor Mikhail Shalomenkov act on equal terms in the production. A "big", "living" person and "small", clay puppets - this combination has artistic significance. Big and small, moving and static - everything is close and everything is important and necessary. All together creates a single story. This also happens in Russian fairy tales: next to the good characters, there is always an evil hero, often a Dragon. And in our lives, he is always present, and he is very necessary for us, even if we do not realize it, because without him, there would be no hero Vanya, ready to protect the unfortunate, there would be no goal and meaning.
