About

Fyodor Dobronravov and Marina Ivanova in a touching comedy about two older people whose chance meeting on the dance floor develops into a sincere feeling. "You Are Somewhere Nearby..." is a production based on Mikhail Heifetz's play "Rock and Roll at Sunset." It is a story about the emergence of feelings between two lonely people brought together by a shared passion - dance. Together with the characters, the audience will live through an entire life - they will laugh, feel sad, and share moments of genuine joy. The creative partnership of director Vladimir Bolshov and actors Fyodor Dobronravov and Marina Ivanova was formed back in their days working on the stage of the Satirikon theater. After decades, old colleagues and friends have reunited in one heartfelt project. Fyodor Dobronravov, theater and film actor, producer: "I left 'Satirikon' 18 years ago and missed working with my friends very much. Of course, we occasionally met on film sets, but we always wanted, like the heroes of our new play, to feel young again, to go back on stage together, to be mischievous, to dance. Vladimir Bolshov showed me the play, I read it literally in a couple of hours and realized that I wanted to produce and act in it. Well, and of course, I immediately knew that it was impossible to find a better partner than the one I danced with 25 years ago. Unforgettable feelings of returning to the past!"
