Yuri Butusov - one of the leading directors in the country - staged a play based on Florian Zeller at RAMT. This is the first play by the paradoxical director Yuri Butusov on the RAMT stage. For the production, he chose the play "The Son," the concluding part of the trilogy by contemporary writer and playwright Florian Zeller (the first two parts are "The Mother" and "The Father"). Butusov found his interpretation of the classics - Shakespeare, Chekhov, Ibsen - and now he reflects on modern material. According to the director, this is a play about Hamlet in each of us. About how, when forced to compromise with what he does not want to accept, a person destroys himself and the world he would like to live in. The sense of justice cannot be destroyed, and whether it is needed or not, each person will decide for themselves.
