A Petersburg fantasy based on the tales of Korney Chukovsky "Barmaley", "Fedora's Grief", "Moidodyr" and others. The musical play directed by Oleg Mendelson and Vladimir Antipov combines the creativity of Korney Chukovsky with the city where he lived. There is a well-known story that Korney Ivanovich, while strolling through Petersburg, stumbled upon Barmaley Street, and in his imagination, Africa immediately appeared, where among wild animals lived the cunning yet amusing robber Barmaley. Everyone who has read the tale knows where these fantasies led. But the authors of the play presented it as just the beginning of the famous writer's journey through the city on the Neva. Together with the guardian guides, the audience will embark on a journey to see the mysterious nooks still inhabited by the heroes from Chukovsky's works. The theater poster for St. Petersburg is presented on KUDAGO.
