They were born in darkness, grew up, and even made friends - before the sun rose. With the first rays of day, it became clear: one of them was completely different from the others. He turned out to be gray instead of golden, and immediately became an outcast. They stopped playing and talking to him. He felt lonely, a stranger in his own pride. To find acceptance, the lion cub decides to embark on a great journey - to the mysterious black tigress, a sorceress who, according to rumors, can change his color. Thus begins a touching and wise story, full of symbols and important themes, told in a simple and expressive language.
