The new play by Felix Mikhailov in a 360-degree format with only 11 seats - is a complete immersion into a gothic anecdote based on the story "The Queen of Spades" by Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin. The theatrical adventure at the Leningrad Center blurs the boundaries between dream and reality, past and present, actor and audience. The diligent and moderate engineer Hermann plunges into the abyss of gambling and challenges his own life principles. Playing with fate, he transforms into a mechanical doll, subject to mysterious forces. The audience will witness Hermann's case history, finding themselves in the same space with him. They will have to dive into the depths of the subconscious and explore the line beyond which a person loses their humanity. To ensure that the results of the experiment are as accurate as possible, and the experiences are sharp, the audience will be temporarily isolated from the outside world. After surrendering their personal belongings to a storage room, they will receive straitjackets and proceed to ward No. 17. At each performance, there are no more than 11 spectators in the hall, not counting the orderly. The intermission will begin 30 minutes before the main action.
