A production by Dmitry Brusnikin's Workshop based on a new play by playwright Yaroslav Pulinovich. In the summer of 2015, graduates of Dmitry Brusnikin's workshop at the School-Studio of MKHAT became members of the troupe of the Theater "Man." The play they created as a course project has entered the main repertoire of the theater. The play is directed by Marina Brusnikina based on the play by Yaroslav Pulinovich - one of the most interesting and promising young playwrights in Russia, a bright representative of the so-called "school of Nikolai Kolyada." "Natasha's Dream" is a poignant story told from the perspective of a teenage girl, a ward of a provincial orphanage, about her brief infatuation with a journalist from a local newspaper. And although the story is dark, the speech of the young heroines is sharp and filled with slang, and their morals and actions are often questionable, they charm with their simplicity, sincerity, and irresistible youthful charm. Life is not divided into black and white, which will become quite obvious by the end of the play. You can find even more plays on our website in the theater section.
