Previously, the director staged a play based on the cult New Yorker’s work, "350 Central Park West, New York, NY 10025". Bogomolov's new production is an authorial interpretation of the film "Husbands and Wives," which Woody Allen considers one of his best works. In the script for his film, Allen masterfully restructures the action from comedy to drama, from drama to comedy, playing with the synthetic genre of "dramedy." At the core of the plot, full of paradoxical irony, is a trivial story about a seemingly perfect married couple who informs their friends about their divorce. The news of the collapse of the prosperous family plunges their loved ones into shock - and then pushes them to realize their own problems in family life. The stage transformation of "Husbands and Wives" will undoubtedly be impressive - just like all of Bogomolov's productions, known for their provocative nature, whose experiments often become a test of the audience's endurance.
