The first performance for family viewing, directed by the chief director of the BPT, Ruslan Kudashov, on the stage of the famous puppet theater. There is probably no point in retelling the plot of the story of The Little Prince. Nor is there any reason to discuss how much this poignant, honest, and sad tale, born in the midst of one of the most horrific tragedies in human history, means to the world. "The Little Prince" is understandable to everyone - both adults and children, which is its value. Director Ruslan Kudashov managed to create a performance that is equally universal, finding a stage form that perfectly matches the genius simplicity of the book. The actor, who alternately embodies all the "adult" roles in the performance, suddenly finds himself in a world of animated puppets and colorful decorations, whose naive conventionality resembles children's drawings. For the little ones, it looks like a game, engaging and fun. For adults, the contrast between "objective reality" and the kind world of fantasies will once again make them ponder what can be called the word "real." The action on stage was embodied by Andrey Zaporozhsky and Alevtina Torik, and the musical arrangement for the performance was done by Vladimir Bychkovsky.
